By now we should all know that family is #1 in my heart, always. (Best friends totally included here). So when my cousin asked me if I would photographer her new family (Renee married Jake in January & Jake lovingly accepted little D into his life! Amazing love here!) I was SO excited. Renee is also a photographer.. and you know how much I love when another photographer appreciates and loves what I do. Of course I told her yes! They came to my home today – a little worried about the rain that was on it’s way in… but we won! It was so much fun and her 6 year old was great… really. I only had to give him an entire package of cookies at the end of the night. ;) (He seriously did do great, I only bribed him for one or two shots. He deserved those cookies!!) Here are a few of my favorites from the session… thanks to Renee, Jake & Little D for traveling here and trusting me.. I love you guys!
